Spirit Telecom is an experienced, reputable telecommunications provider who are based in Glasgow City Centre. Although based in Glasgow our services cover all regions of Scotland and Northern England. We offer competitively priced services which include the Installation and maintenance to your business telephone system, CCTV and WiFi Installations, Broadband Connectivity and a White Label Professional Services option. What Spirit Telecom do
Firstly, Spirit telecom will arrange a consultation free of charge where we will discuss the best product or services required. Furthermore, a survey will be carried out by a trained technician, who will assess the environment where your new products or services will be installed. After a further consultation, once you are happy for us to proceed, a date will be agreed with yourselves and we will begin the installation process. On completion of the installation, if training is required, this will be offered at no extra expense as this is included in the installation cost.
Once the installation is complete, we offer a two week grace period which gives you the opportunity to make any amendments to the setup. This can be completed either on site or remotely if this feature is enabled.
With every installation we supply a free 12 month maintenance agreement to ensure the reliable, smooth running of your investment. After the 12 months has expired we can offer ad-hoc maintenance or can provide long or short term agreements depending on your business needs. These options will be discussed with to you prior to the maintenance agreement expiring.
In addition, we also provide additional work. This can include relocation an existing system, upgrading or adding extra extensions and programming requests. For example name changes, pickup groups and system programming.
Finally, in order to keep your system running smoothly we provide periodic site visits. These visits will include complete system backups and maintenance checks. This is to ensure we can restore your services promptly in the event of any damage.
